One lucky winner is about to become a multi-millionaire overnight – and possibly Wayne Rooney’s neighbour – thanks to Omaze’s latest house draw.

The £4 million home is located in Cheshire’s prestigious “Golden Triangle,” one of the UK’s most desirable residential areas, and comes with an additional £250,000 in cash. The winner will own the home outright, mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered – and they can choose whether to move in, rent it out, or sell it on.

Nestled in the leafy Alderley Edge Conservation Area, the four-bedroom house boasts panoramic views over the Cheshire Plain and offers everything from a private indoor swimming pool to a full gym, jacuzzi, sauna, wine store and wraparound terrace. It’s also fully furnished, with more than £165,000 worth of interior touches included.

Inside, there’s a vast, double-height living space with floor-to-ceiling glass, a bespoke Miele kitchen, and a south-facing terrace that opens directly onto landscaped gardens. Upstairs, the main suite includes a huge dressing room, spa-style bathroom and serene views across half an acre of private grounds. The tech spec is equally impressive, with underfloor heating, air conditioning, integrated lighting and audio throughout.

And if you don’t want to live in it? Local estate agents estimate the property could rent for £18,000 to £20,000 a month.

The draw is raising money for stem cell charity Anthony Nolan, with patron Olivia Colman lending her voice to the campaign. “Anthony Nolan is a charity close to my heart,” she said. “By entering the Omaze Cheshire House Draw, you’ll help ensure life-saving stem cells can reach patients when they need them.”

Entries are open now at omaze.co.uk. The online draw closes on Sunday 27 July 2025, with postal entries accepted until Tuesday 29 July.
